Zhongcheng Hualong (中诚华隆) has officially launched its new HL200 AI inference chip and a ‘supernode’ intelligent computing cluster solution in Beijing. This marks a shift from single-chip breakthroughs to system-level coordination for domestic AI inference computing, with the cluster scaling up to 10,240 cards. The launch event was attended by officials from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, emphasizing the strategic importance of indigenous AI chips.

This release positions Zhongcheng Hualong as a key domestic player in China’s drive for AI self-sufficiency. The focus on inference chips and large-scale clusters directly addresses the growing demands of generative AI and AI Agent deployment, aiming to provide high-efficiency, low-latency computing power competitive with international equivalents. The company also announced strategic partnerships with over a dozen industry leaders including China Energy Engineering Group and Inspur Information.
